We are not a recruitment firm, we partner with our clients, and placement team members remain employees of .efficiently โ€“ reducing barriers and costs for global staffing.

Every business in the USA needs help with its staffing needs. We provide vetted and trained offshore specialists in many industry verticals (our core focus is the construction industry). These offshore team members allow companies to supplement their local teams with a cost-effective immediate solution.

We also offer an Enterprise SaaS Solution for the Construction Industry. We are in BETA with our item management system; this allows Architects, Designers, Contractors and Supply Showrooms to work together in managing the selection and specification of building materials.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team and lead the recruitment process. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR to identify and attract top talent, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build a strong pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for multiple positions, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies for architecture positions.

Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, referrals, and other recruitment methods.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture industry, including professional organizations and educational institutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective recruitment strategies.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job descriptions, candidate assessment, and interview feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reporting.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5 years of experience in recruiting.

Prior experience working for a US-based organization.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

This position will require the selected individual to work from 1PM – 10PM IST

This position is fully remote (WFH).

ยท Internet โ€“ 75 Mbps

This is a remote position and will require a strong internet connection. Further details will be provided during the interview.

Shift timing: 1pm โ€“ 10pm IST
