Implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales conversion rates. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Generate reports on sales performance, website traffic, and customer feedback for management review. Skills Required : Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce software.
